Does crt have the charater/ princess come around to the tables at dinner time?

Yes they do! There is also a special photo opt with Cindy downstairs before you get up to the meal. I can't remember if she then comes around to the tables as well, but I'm sure someone else will know.

She only meets guests downstairs. Generally Belle, Ariel, Aurora and Snow White are the ones who come around to the tables. However, I have seen a few pictures of Jasmine making an appearance.
