I would very much like to TRY to get a reservation for CRT when we go on our trip next October. I would just like to know from people who have been, is it unheard of for adults only (would only be my wife and I) to be seen eating there? I guess I don't want to take up a reservation from families with children who may not get the chance to eat there otherwise, but I would like to experience it and see what all the hoopla is about.

What would be your advice on this?

I say you and your wife go and have fun. My dh and I are going for dinner in a couple of days. The character meals are for everyone. Have fun and enjoy the meal!

My wife and I have reservations there for breakfast at the end of this month, no children. Who wouldn't want to eat a character meal in Cinderella's castle?!

We had 6 adults there in 2005. Granted it was not yet the dinner it is now but still we had a good time.

Every dining experience Disney offers is for all guests. Enjoy yourself and don't worry about it.

Thanks everyone. I won't feel as guilty if we are lucky enough to nab a ADR for next October. Not sure how soon I would be able to start calling the dining hotline. :cool1:
