Never done CRT before. Are both lunch and breakfast character dining or just breakfast? Are the same characters at either meal? Thanks

As far as I know, both breakfast and lunch are character meals, whereas dinner isn't. I believe both meals have the same list of possible characters, but you can never be guaranteed which ones will be there at any given meal.
