CRT-what time is best?

I'm planning on making a ADR for CRT in June when my 180 days time is here. I'm going with my DH and two DD (will be 4 and 2) in December. I want to do either breakfast or lunch, but I didn't know which would be better. I really have no preference, just wanted so input from those who have already done it. Is it better to go early, before park opening or maybe have a late breakfast? Or just do lunch? I'd love to hear your experience and/or suggestion. Thanks ya'll!

We did CRT for lunch last week and loved it! We had a 1:25pm ADR,which was timed perfectly as a great time to take a air conditioned break from the park. The meal was fantastic and quite filling and the princesses were awesome!!!
We had done an 8:10am breakfast at Crystal Palace earlier in the week. It was cool to get into the park early but the typical breakfast fare didn't seem like a special or economical use of a dining plan credit. WE were still hungry for lunch by noon.
Eating breakfast in the room and then taking a nice break for lunch just worked much better for us!!

We are on the DDp, but are paying out of pocket for this one. It isnt worth the 2 credits for us per person. I changed my time yesterday to 8:20am, so we can take pictures on an empty main street before breakfast starts.

Honestly...I would prefer dinner. I know you did not mention that but if you can book dinner about an hour before wishes you will get an awesome experience!! We sat next to the window and they pipe in the music from wishes and dim the lights and you get front row seats to the fireworks!! The entertainment for the kids was great and the pics we got with Cinderella were amazing!! It is pricy and the food is good not excellent but the whole experience was way worth it! I tried to get in this trip but couldnt!
