Are there any rumors swirling about the CRT refurb? As in what will be changed? Or are they just sprucing the place up a bit?

Known changes:
. . . the price goes up dramatically (ie, $75/adult for dinner)
. . . no more photo package as part of the price (photos will now be additional)

Holy cow. Thanks for the info! It will still be 2 TS credits, I assume?

:faint: Naturally, CRT was the one and only special request my DS has made for our next trip (which is still in the pre-planning stages).

We have it booked for our November trip and I'm excited to see it before the changed and hopefully eventually after! I hate they are raising the prices though, as it is already supposedly sub-par food that is over priced. Hopefully a price increase could raise the quality of the food. Doubtful, but we can hope.

We went on our last trip in June and decided never again...the food was ok, but we really didn't enjoy it, especially not for the price. There are other places we enjoyed more, for far less cost.
I don't know what changed, as this was out first meal there since 2011, but I remember liking it a lot more then.

Well, I just hope I'll finally be able to get a drink with dinner. King Stefan always served wine or mead at his banquets!

Does anyone know...since the photos with Cunderella aren't included anymore, how exactly will that work? Can photos be purchased seperately? Is it part of the magic maker package? I'm deciding it I want magic maker and this could be a huge help in making my decision!

Not going to happen its on original Magic Kingdom Disney world property.

When Walt Disney first designed the Magic Kingdom, he made it clear that alcohol was not to be sold. The concept for the park was to be “family oriented” with children and their parents enjoying time together. Much unlike what happens at some carnivals, state fairs, or non-Disney theme parks, an adult member of the family would not hand out tickets and allow the kids to adventure on their own while he went to the bar or beer stand. Instead, the concept would encourage families to spend time together enjoying the various attractions.

Well it's certainly possible- BOG in the MK serves alcohol. :drinking1

NM, I see that's what your link is explaining!

We ate at CRT a couple of weeks ago.

My husband had asked our waitress a bit nonchalantly if they served alcohol like BOG. She laughed and said unfortunately not, but hinted that there is a chance that may change post refurb.

Nothing official, of course, but that is what we were told at dinner.

I wonder if they will still include the pictures with the Memory Maker or if it will be a separate purchase all together? It would make sense to leave it with Memory Maker, then people may have more of a pull to purchase it.
