CRT walk ups?

Is a walk up (no PS) to CRT possible in the off-season? We'll be there in mid-December and I was curious if anyone has ever been able to just walk up, wait a short period, and be seated.

i walked up during EMH, discovered there was a no show and they could seat us immediately--and then discovered when the family caught up to me that they all, including DD7, wanted to go get some extra turns on Buzz instead. Go figure.

It never hurts to try, although it's less likely since they started taking credit card numbers

Our friends were there last August and just checked at the CRT stand ( NO PS!) around 9:15am and they said they could seat them right away! This was for family of 5. Great luck!
