Hi everyone!

So, I know that CRT offers a vegetarian cassoulet, but I was wondering if anyone out there has asked if they have different vegetarian meal? I see that the cobia is served over pasta, so I'm guessing asking for some sort of pasta dish might not be totally out of the question, but I wanted to see if anyone had first hand experience with this.

Any help is greatly appreciated! :goodvibes

On the old menu they did pasta (vegetarian) and I was going to get an ADR here for dinner, but I know DD wouldnt care for the cassoulet so didnt book it. ould also be interested in the response to this question - if it's a yes they still do pasta then CRT might be back on the agenda for us.

I have experience but not at CRT. I went to WDW with a veggie friend who hates mushrooms. Many of the veggie entrees have mushrooms and are pre-done so she couldn't get no mushrooms. Normally she was able to get pasta and some kind of steamed veggie as an alternative anywhere because essentially every place serves a pasta dish and veggie. They did not pull it together with a sauce or anything though. She was hungry and craving protein after a few days ;) At the very least you should be able to get plain pasta and if the kitchen isn't too busy they might make it nicer for you but in my friends experience only 1 place made it nice for her and that was a very late lunch when the restaurant was nearly empty (Coral Reef).
