CRT time to see fireworks

What is the earliest someone could book CRT and be reasonably guaranteed to still be in the castle when the fireworks start? We are eating there for my little's 4th birthday (couldn't get a reservation for Beaches and Cream which was our first choice) and would really like to see the fireworks but also don't want to eat SUPER late. MK closes at 9 the night we are going.

How about doing CRT for lunch? Then grab a snack later while you wait for the fireworks.

doing lunch back at GF that day - we already got a cake ordered from a wonderful cast member so trying not to switch it up too much! We had really wanted to do Beaches and Cream for her birthday dinner because we weren't impressed with CRT last time we went, but she just sprung it on us that she LOVED seeing Cinderella (she doesn't know about the trip, just talks nonstop about Disney). We will be seeing the fireworks on Main Street earlier in the week when we go for Boo Bash, so I thought it would be cool to see them from inside the castle.

Unfortunately, I don't think you can really see the fireworks from inside CRT, except for the ones that launch from behind the MK and maybe a bit of the ones that launch from the roofs of the buildings next to the castle, and you probably won't be able to see the tops of the bursts. It will probably be fun, especially since you'll have already seen the full show, but a lot more limited than seeing them from the restaurants outside MK.

That's good to know. We had originally hoped we could eat and then make a beeline over to Top of the World to watch them, but it sounds like it is still closed. I got my hopes up when the opened it up for 4th of July fireworks!
I guess I'll still try to push our dinner to closer to 8 just in case it works out, but I won't stress about it
