I have a 2 and 3 year old. Will the 2 year old also get a sword at CRT, even though he is free? Or should I be prepared to have one for him already with me?
Thanks!

When we first went to CRT our DD4 was 2 at the time and she did get the magic wand so unless they have changed things, I would think so! Those swords can't cost WDW more than a couple of bucks so I wouldn't think the wait staff would risk ruining a magic moment for something like that

Your 2 year old will get one. :) They have a ton of them! Our 4 year old broke his sword within 20 minutes of leaving CRT (not the best made toys!) and I went back to purchase another one for him and they gave it to me for free. So nice!!!!

I dont think it really is a big thing, we were all adults and they gave us all a sword.

They should give him one. I asked for one for DS back in September on the way out of CRT. I think he was the only child I saw without a wand or sword, so I am not sure how he got overlooked. They were very sweet and apologetic about it. The sword broke within minutes and DS isn't rough with anything, so they are not the best of toys.

so cute! My boys (2 and 5) love swords, sticks, brooms, wands, basically anything they can use to fight with !! They are going to love it.

Tell them to fight VERY SOFTLY - my boys both broke theres very quickly and they were not being rough.

My 13 month old got one at CRT lunch Oct. 2. So yes, he should get one. Yes, they are offered at breakfast too.

Just a tip..... if you want to bring your sword home, don't check it in your luggage if you dont want your entire parties luggage confiscated in the airport. I kid you not! lol

wow- what happend!? Do you think they should carry on the plane? :rotfl:

Um, I thought it was the people that tried to carry it in their carryon that lost the sword. The news article said to put it IN your checked luggage. Are you speaking from personal experience or about the instance where Disney replaced the sword that was confiscated when taken through security with carryon???
