Crt: Stuffed French Toast

Ok, due to the changes at CRT we may or may not make it a MUST do on our upcoming trip in May...however, I don't know if I can go to WDW and NOT have some of that blueberry french toast!! Is there anywhere else at WDW we would be able to find it? THANKS!!

(I know some people don't care for it, but I have been dreaming of it since our last trip in 2004!)

Are you talking about the cheese stuffed French Toast??? If so, I can't wait to see if you can get it anywhere else!!!! That was my FAVORITE part of CRT! Probably my favorite breakfast food EVER!

Now with the price increase, I won't be going there until my little princess is old enough to remember it and enjoy it...say, 5 or 6 years old (who is now 8 months old, mind you!!!)

Well, I know Kona Cafe, Boatwrights and Grand Floridian Cafe all have stuffed french toast, but I don't think they're similar to the blueberry at CRT.

Kona is banana stuffed, Boatwrights is banana strawberry stuffed and I think GF Cafe is banana stuffed with chocolate sauce on top. But, we did have blueberry stuffed french toast a long time ago, when Artist Point had a character breakfast. I know Kona will do different fruits if you don't like bananas. It might be worth a try to just call around and ask if a restaurant could do it for you.

CRT stuffed french toast is actually a cheese danish that is batter dipped and deep fried with a blueberry sauce over the top. I actually made it once and it was good, but not quite the same. I also ate too much! I don't think anywhere else at WDW does it that way.

Crystal Palace has a stuffed french toast, but I have never done the breakfast there, so not sure, but I haven't heard mention of it being the same.
