CRT ressie help

For the past week I have called faithfully startin at 6:55 am until I finally get the message that Disney Dining is open. I go thru all of the prompts and finally get put on hold, only to wait and wait only to find out CRT is all booked. I have one more day to try.... tomorrow morning, anyone have any tips? any way to speed thru the menu quickly?

When you hear "Thank you for your understanding," press #1 twice, and then you're on hold. Are you willing to go for lunch? I called this morning at the same time as you, got through to a person at 7:15, and had my choice for lunch times -- got a 12:20 res for 6 people! You could even check on previous days - I've heard of people being able to book lunch with less than 90 days out.

I agree! I booked lunch about 30 days out......but I think the word is out now! Probably will become a difficult reservation in the future.

I called earlier this week to make reservations for CRT and was on hold for 12 minutes, I heard the message about if you are on hold for CRT the reservations are probably gone, but I stayed on the line anyway. When someone finally answered they were indeed gone for the day I was calling for, but I asked if they had any cancelations for the day prior, he checked and said YES!!! 9:35 for party of five for CRT!! So I suggest calling back and having them check for cancelations for all of the mornings of your trip!!

Our experiences sound similar!! I got the same message, waited for another 10 minutes on hold (total of 20 minutes) figuring I would just do CRT for lunch. When the CM came on the line I asked for anything in the castle for 4 on my date. She asked if I wanted b-fast or lunch. I said I prefer b-fast then lunch. She offered me an 8:25 b-fast, so I took it. This is a surprise for my 2 little princesses (6 and 3). I cannot wait to see their faces as they figure out that they get to eat IN the castle and see Cinderella. And I am excited since our AR is before the park opens, we will get to walk down a practically empty Main Street!!
