CRT Reservations

I know I've seen it on here somewhere before... what's the best strategy for trying to get Reservations for Cinderella's Royal Table?

It's for my sister-in-laws family - they are going in November and I'm trying to help them!

You'll get various strategies and opinions. I can only tell you what worked for us. I called at about 145 days out, on a Saturday (when dining was 180 instead of 90) and got what I wanted. Within the next two months I was able to change our reservation twice (we started with breakfast, changed to dinner, then switched to lunch)

If you can't get what you want then I suggest that you keep calling because cancellations do occur. CRT will ask for a credit card when the reservation is made, and will charge the card at that time unless you're on the dining plan.

Since you're talking November, you have to go on-line at exactly 6 AM, 90 days before your arrival date, if you're staying on-site, or 90 days before the reservation date, if you're not. If you're staying on-site, pick a reservation date as late in your trip as you can, taking advantage of the 90+10 rule.
The hardest to get is breakfast, followed by lunch, then dinner.
It sounds crazy, but CRT fills up in hours after the ADRs open.

Great advice. I always book first thing on the first day possible. I do this with all my "must have" ressies. I don't like being disappointed or eating at odd times of the day.
