CRT - reservations by phone only

When we went to CRT in October 2015 we could book online. Looking for a May 2016 trip and it looks like we can only book by phone? True story?

It looks like you're looking before that date. You are within 180 days. They may simply be booked.

Thanks! Weird. All the other places simply say they are full, but CRT says to call the number.

Are you on the app or the actual website? Can't book it on the app. If you are on the website it's possible your dates are already booked up.

you get the "call in" message on the app. but not on the computer.

I booked CRT for our April 2016 trip online, on the computer. But that was on my 180 day mark.

I booked an reservation for our trip in June last night. I was able to do it online.

I was able to book August 4 online this morning.
