CRT Questions

We have an ADR for CRT during our next trip, it will be our first time dining there and DD is very is excited (so am I ). A couple questions:

1. They give prince swords to the boys....my son will only be 2 so we won't be paying for him. Will they give him one or should I plan to bring something for him? Does anyone have a picture of what they give so I plan appropriately? Thanks

2. We have finally decided we will add the DDP. I already paid in full for us and 3 other people who won't be on the dining plan. Is it easier to get reimbursed after or once I book the DDP, can I associate it and they will get the process rolling?

I can answer your 1st question...my son was only 20 months when we did CRT in December and not only did he get the sword (which he LOVES!), they were also very nice and brought him his own plate of french toast sticks (we obviously did breakfast). We were told if we needed anything else for him to let them know. They were very accommodating since technically he was not a paid customer. Hope you enjoy!

I can answer the second questions, we were also on the DDP but I had to pre-pay because I hadn't booked our reservation at 180days out when I made the ADR. At the end of the meal we explained it to our server, and he said since it was quite common, we didn't have to do anything and it would be reimbursed automatically (since we decided to use the DDP). This was Friday night, when we got home Tuesday I checked online and it had already been credited back on to my credit card.

The first time we went to CRT my youngest DD was almost 2 and the second time she was almost 3. She got all the perks that her big sister did, even though we didn't have to pay for her. She got her own plate of food, her magic wand, and a wishing star. They are wonderful about not discriminating on age there. I just wanted to confirm what the PP said.
