I just got email from our concierge planner and she got us a reservation for six on our first full day in WDW! With 12 days to go, I had almost given up hope. So those ressies are out there if you keep calling!

Hello,

When did the staff start trying for CRT? Was it at the 90 out marker or earlier?

We are going in September and i'm wondering if I should try myself or let the staff do it for me?

It wasn't until about the 60 day mark, when I made my ressies that they started. Definitely let the staff help, they are great!

I had to cancel a CRT reservation about a month ago less than a week before when my niece could not go on our trip. So cancellations are possible.
