Just checking in - at the World now. Had breakfast at CRT a couple of days ago - good princess interaction for our 4yo and the food was tasty. I was concerned b/c of negative reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Had french toast and omelettes - both were good. Service was professional but they move you in and out quickly.
Mama Melrose - the biggest surprise for sure. We've been twice on the trip - great service and yummy menu. We've had chicken parm, meat and cheese plate, spicy sausage pasta (sauce was super rich for those feint of heart), caesar salad. We made a meal splitting the caesar and meat and cheese plate - and didn't feel uncomfortably full at the end. We felt like the entrees we tried and saw were large enough to split. Very good food and atmosphere.
Ahhh, Tokyo Dining. I've never had a bad meal here - ever. The service is the best in WDW imo. We usually split the genza gozen and add miso and a salad. Top it off with a bottle of pinot grigio and we're good to go. For those who don't like sushi, there are lots of fried meat / veggie choices - all very tasty.
Teppen Edo - First time visit here. Service and food both good, although my husband's filet was overcooked - I'm sure he would have redone it but we didn't want to interrupt the flow of the meal. I'm glad we went here (it was fun) but I will stick with Tokyo Dining in the future.
So far so good! Cheers!
