we have booked CRT for breakfast before. If you cannot get your reservation when you call with the 180+10 rule; they suggest you call back at the actual 180 day mark that you want your ADR for as they may have more tables open. I've heard they don't always open up all tables for the 180+10 rule for CRT. Just something I've read on another thread to take note of. Hope this is helpful and good luck!
