CRT in 2005

Does anyone remember what the menu was then?/ what was on it.. or do you maybe have a picture?? I know this is a weird question, but we LOVEDDDD the food there in 2005, and I just can't recall what it even was I know thye have since changed the menu, but I work fo a chef, so maybe he could recreate some of the lost food dishes Plus it just bothers me that I can't remember what I ate lol

I'm not sure what year it was, but I remember having a "Beef Wellington" which was a creamed beef atop a puffed pastry - or something like that - on my first trip to CRT which probably would have been a little before 05. On my last trip there were some kind of rolls or bread that we kept eating like crazy, but I can't remember what they were. I guess the only thing I specifically remember is that we really enjoyed the menu back then and are not going back with the way they do it now. (Although I realize that a lot of little princesses love it!)

We LOVEDDDDD it there last time. ate there 2 out of the 4 nights! But I know the menu has changed uite drastically.. I just can't recall what the exact menu was like!! I remember having an app that was to die for.. i mean I literally have been thinking about it since we left.. I'm mad that I can't recall now what it is. At least I know now to document every little detail for this years trip!1

Please if any of you vets recall CRT before it changed over to one price dining please holla atcha girl...bwhahahaha

hmm.. thank you so very much.. but I'm not sure this was the exact menuu.. actually while searching I think I came across this and that is what made my search for the real menu begin Some of the items are spot on, then others not so much...

Does anyone else have any other info... I'm obsessed at this point lol

through any number of archived pages here but I think the posted menu is the same. Sometimes the menus are difficult to find in the old structures. For example this site used a search function to locate menus and the search function is not archived.
