CRT - How good is it?

I was wondering how good their food is now. I've ate there twice before and was decent. But now they changed things around was wondering about these 2 things.

Spice-Rubbed Roast Chicken with smoked corn polenta, Swiss chard and natural broth

Roast Prime Rib of Beef with gratin potatoes and a cabernet sauce

For starters for the chicken what is corn polenta and swiss chard? And for the Prime Rib what is the cabernet sauce?

Is it really worth 2 TS credits or should I save them and use 1 for a breakfast buffet and use the other 1 at GF Cafe for Dinner?

I want to know the answer to this as well! I don't know exactly what cabernet sauce is and if I would like it. I guess you can have them to leave it off??

I can assume you can have them leave it off. Most if not all TS and Buffets are supposed to be able to adjust to everyones diet, allergies, etc. Should be no reason they cant leave it off. Like me. Im allergic to tomatoes, so if I ever got anything that comes with tomatoes, they have to leave it off. Unless its pasta and pizza sauce. I can have that. But anything else, and I better get to the nearest hospital pronto if I ate something with tomatoes on it. And for the people who are diabetic, they need to have all their foods with no sugar. Oh yeah I also looked up to see what swiss chard is, its nothing more then a beet. Which they defiantly can leave off. I dont like beets.
