CRT hours?

We have dinner scheduled at 8:10 pm. Can we hang around and watch the fireworks from there? What time does dinner end at the castle? Or is that even a good place to see them from?

We're going in July & have a 9:15 ADR (it's a EMH night). When I asked about seeing the fireworks from the restaurant from the dining room, I was told that the view wasn't very good......Maybe someone here can share their experience about how good the view is.....
