CRT for Lunch for Adults?

I know this topic has been discussed many times however most of the reviews I have read have been about breakfast or dinner. I am curious of people's dining experiences at lunch. Is the food good? I looked at a menu from Allears which shows "Chef's choice" appetizers, anyone familiar with what they are? Also the dessert option states Blueberry Buckle but I am reading only about Chocolate Buckle, has the blueberry been discontinued? (we have a chocolate allergy, hence the question). Are there other desserts to choose from?

My DH, Mom and I are thinking of eating here and this is my Mom's first visit to the MK so I thought she might enjoy the experience.

of years since our last visit to CRT. We're going again in June. The menu was pretty much unchanged except for dessert between the last two visits. The appetizer was a small piece of chicken breast meat served with pesto, mortadello and cheese, and a BLT salad. The first time was the blueberry buckle and the second the chocolate one. I think they serve a sorbet also now. I would note the allergy if you decide to eat there. They'll have something appropriate to serve you with prior notice.

Between my wife and I, we have had three of the entrees; the salmon, pork tenderloin and Major Domo's Favorite Pie. I think we agreed that the Major Domo's Pie was our favorite. It's like a higher end shepherds' pie (and they do serve upscale shephers' pies in some locations in the UK). The meat in the cabernet sauce was very good.

We have eaten lunch twice at CRT and we loved it. I always got the Major Domo's pie thing and the blueberry buckle for dessert. I don't even like blueberries but I liked that! It was very good and I crave the Domo's pie to this day!

our lunch. We were just there in Dec and we had lunch at CRT. The appetizer platter is delicious. I got the major domos pie and it was soooooooo good. I forget what DH got but he loved his meal too. I got the chocolate dessert but DH got something else with no chocolate but I was so into my yummy meal I didn't pay attention to what he got. I say definitely go if you can. My MIL and FIL may be joining us in Oct for our trip and if they do we are going to take them there for lunch. I really think MIL would love the food but especially the atmosphere. My kids loved it too but there were certainly more into the princesses. Our waitress was great. When we commented on how great the food was she said she was so glad to see people really enjoying their meal because most people go for the experience and don't pay attention to the food. NOT us! Enjoy!!!!

CRT lunch is awsome! I have eaten there 4 times, and love it. The food is really good, and the pasta is great!

OK I am going to dissent.

I ate lunch there once. I was really not impressed. For the cost the food was so/so... (Actually I think that Major Domo's thing is Stouffer's frozen entree LOL!)

And I don't find it a relaxing place to eat. Plus you get too many "flash" shots of "OHH.. I have to have my picture in front of THIS" (Always said by a woman at LEAST my age LOL!)

Service was also so so...

I won't be back.
