Fianlly got round to making my ADRs at the weekend and have booked CRT for dinner. DH thought lunch and breakfast were to girlie for DS(2). Has anyone any experiences to share of dinner at the castle? TIA:thumbsup2

Hi,
We did CRT on our last night last year. We had a lovely time, you are greeted by Cinderella upon arrival where you have your photo taken. During the meal the Fairy Godmother and the mice do a song and dance and spend some time around the tables. We found the food and the surroundings excellent and it was a great ending to our holiday. :cool1:

Me and DH went for dinner last December on our honeymoon and enjoyed it!
IMHO the food was only average! Perfectly edible but nothing special, for the money i feel it could have been a bit better.

However you really are paying to "eat in the castle" and to me that was worth it! We were greated by Cinderella on the way in and had a photo, we were seated promptly, the service was great - our waiter was very efficient and friendly. The atmosphere was fun too. We were given complimentary champagne glasses as we were on our honeymoon which was nice.

All in all i honestly wouldnt do it again BUT i was very glad i did it, and i would recommend it if you have never been there! For the experience alone it was worth it for me!

Hope you have a good time!

I was treated to CRT in October for dinner.

Very average food. It was fun, but I'd not go back again unless someone else was paying. For the price, and for the 2 TS credits, there are so many places I'd rather go (Yachtsman, Hoop De Doo, Le Cellier 2x)..

We've done breakfast, lunch and dinner in the castle.

The food IMO is very average. As others have mentioned it is nice to eat in the castle. The character interaction last time we were there was the same as any other character meal.

Having eaten there last trip it is not on our list when we go back in October.

Thanks for the info guys!:thumbsup2 It is more about eating at the castle and I am just expecting the food to be average. We are going a few days after we get back from our Disney cruise so will probably be fed up eating :rotfl:
