CRT for birthday on crowded MK night?

Would it be worth having dinner at CRT on Sunday, 2/26 for my birthday? This is an EMH night at MK and will probably be crowded. I'm thinking of doing MGM that morning, taking a break and then dinner at CRT. Any opinions would be appreciated. (It is just DH and I, no kids this trip)

Just a side note - that may be after the changes go into affect, so you also have to decide if the price itself is worth it for you. I thought it would be and booked yesterday for my own birthday dinner, but for just me and DH it's $96! Yikes! So now I'm trying to decide if that is worth it for me......just something you might want to consider as well. Otherwise, my opinion would be yes it's worth it if you want to eat there. Regardless of how crowded the parks are, I decided I wanted to spend my birthday at MK, so I think it makes perfect sense for you too.

I'm having my b-day dinner there upcoming trip with my family on EMH night at MK.
Even with price increase and it being EMH night we're doing it. Can't pass up the opportunity to dine at the castle on my b-day with my family!

I think the castle is a great place as far as atmosphere goes, food on the other hand not so much. If you're taking a break after MGM, why not try one of the MK hotel restaurants before you go into the park. Citricos, California Grill, Narcoossoee's are very nice places to eat.

Did anyone get a CM that knew what the fixed appetizer and dessert would be?

I haven't heard ANY of the fixed options yet. What have others heard?

I would love for them to bring back the slipper dessert once it goes to 2 credits. To me dinner in the castle with the slipper would be worth 2 credits.

I really hope they dont switch the appetizer to what is offered at lunch. We dont eat seafood, and i would much prefer a salad and the pretzel bread they currently serve at dinner.

If anyone gets a CM that knows the new menu changes, please post. We go Feb 1st!
