Hi!
Does anyone have an experience to share re ADR for CRT during MNSSHP?
It was difficult to secure ADRs last 2 trips and finally scored during the hard ticket event (MNSSHP). We do plan on seeing the parades and hitting up some rides- BC character pictures seem to be long waits we are willing to do w out. Trick or treating doesn't seem that important either.
The reservation is at 6:25 PM and based on schedule- we should not miss out on later shows. Trying to discern if it's worth it or not- 1st time at MNSSHP and could never get ADR for CRT before- keep or cancel?
We have a 4 and 6YO girls.
Appreciate anyone chiming in w experience at MNSSHP.

Thanks!

Based on what you say is important to you, I'd keep it. You will be using at least 30-45 min of party time in the restaurant, but it's not the same time as the parade or fireworks, so go for it. I think your girls are at the perfect age to really appreciate and enjoy it.

I would probably base my costume decision around this ADR and really play it up for some good pictures too.

1) In my opinion, a waste of money.
2) You will lose time, thus money, on one or the other.
3) Both are expensive, and I think they should be enjoyed separately.
4) Remember, just my opinion.

Both expensive indeed! There will always be a 'next time'- just need plan early- perhaps even look at bounce back offer ;) Still in a holding pattern- appreciate the insight.

I think estimating 30-45 minutes at CRT is wildly conservative. 60-90 minimum.

Hmmm- so now the real question is a survey re avg time at CRT w 6:25 ADR- If we would be in there for upwards of 90 mins, I will get very anxious about the situation...
Perhaps things may move along swiftly vs. a non- parade night but 60 mins would be my absolute cutoff.

It really depends on what your priorities are. Waiting for the parade and fireworks takes up quite a bit of time. If you do CRT, the parade and fireworks, you really won't have much time to do anything else (I recommend trick or treating, BTW!). If this is the last time you'll be at WDW, maybe. If you'll be back, I'd save it for another time.

You may wait to be seated. Service may be slow. It may take a bit for princesses to reach your table. If 60 minutes is your cutoff, you have a high chance of being unhappy with what is a very expensive meal experience.

Sorry I should have been more clear. My 30-45 min was of missing actual party time, i.e., from 7:00. The meal itself will definitely take much more than 30-45 min, but with a 6:25 ADR, they could be back out and in the party by 7:45.
