I believe mid-to-late November times have not been loaded yet. I have been trying (for the day after Thanksgiving) since 180+10. Usually at 10 days out (that’s why I put it so late in my trip) there is usually decent availability. This time there was nothing at dinner for any party size at any time. There was availability for breakfast and lunch, however. I tried calling to what was going on, and I was told there was no availability (well, yes, thanks, I can see that on my screen...). I am guessing the times are not loaded yet possibly because they are still figuring out candlelight processional. Times might be loaded when those are available. Just a guess, though, I have no idea. I’m equally frustrated.
It’s the app that says to call for availability. It’s always said that. You can’t book CRT in the app, only on the website. If you’re on your phone, you can use the mobile site in a browser window and will be able to book that way.

It seems I was right. Candlelight Processional packages appear to be the reason for no availability.
