I am sure I saw somebody talking about this, but I can not find it in the Disney website.

Is there a CRT dinner available or have they cancelled it?

Yes there is!

you can book CRT for dinner. However, there are no characters there for dinner. The menu looks good though. Check out www.allears.net for the menus.

dinner at CRT is non-character but the food is pretty good. The seafood spring roll is really good as is the key lime creme brulee.
