CRT Dinner Question

Can anyone give me an estimate on how much time I should plan for an early dinner at CRT (we have a 4:10 ADR)? Thinking about doing the Wishes Dessert Party on the same night but would want to be able to hit a couple attractions before Wishes at 8:00 PM(party starts at 7:15). . .Any opinions if this is possible?
