CRT Differences?

Besides the type of food served and price, is there any difference between breakfast and lunch at CRT? Is it the same characters? Same amount of time with Cindy? Same photo package? Same wishing ceremony?

The only difference between breakfast and lunch is the menu and price. Otherwise it's essentially the same.

We've had breakfast there before, but we're trying lunch this time around. The breakfast comes to the table (no choices) but for lunch you get to order off the menu (choices, but still all one price).

It's dinner where the character interaction is quite different.
