CRT - Credit Card

Now i know you need a credit Card to book CRT and I get why. But when do they charge the card? In our case, we will be a big group ( assuming we can even get ADRs ) and some of us will be on the dining plan, some of us won't, so we don't want the reserver's card charged in advance, rather we want to pay for our stuff per family when we're there. Will this be okay?

I was charged at booking.

I was also charged at the time of booking. When we got there we told them that we had the dining plan, and my credit card was refunded.

booking. There was a family next us a couple of trips ago that did not have enough DDP credits to cover everyone at the table. (they were a bit boisterous so it was hard to miss.) They paid for what was left over at the meal.
