CRT & CP Question with MVMCP

I'm trying to plan my ADR's for our MVMCP day. I want to do a breakfast and a dinner in MK. We'll leave for the morning around lunch for a break before MVMCP. So should I do a pre-opening breakfast at CP with a dinner at CRT or a pre-opening breakfast at CRT with a dinner at CP? Thanks for the input.

For some info, the cast of characters is me (37), DM (57), DS (8) and DD (2). Myself, DM and DS had a CRT dinner in 2005. I have done a CP breakfast on an adult only trip, but DM and DS have not. This is DD's first trip.

How do you feel about the CRT characters? If you want circulating princesses for your little girl, do breakfast there. There aren't any circulating princesses at dinner - there is a show by the fairy godmother and the mice and photos with Cinderella.

The characters at CP are the same for both meals.

But like TDC Nala said, that's not the case at CRT. If you think your kids want time with the Princesses, do breakfast. If you think they'll enjoy the "show" with the FG, do dinner.

As others have said, its all personal choice. If it was me, dh and 2 dd's, I'd do CRT for opening breakfast and CP for dinner. Not just for the characters though but for where it leaves me in the park after eating. We have booked an 8:05am breakfast at CRT and love the idea of walking out of the restaurant into Fantasyland at 9am.

This is exactly what we do. We don't even have to rush through breakfast to be able to be there when the rope drops after breakfast and boom...we're in Fantasyland.

The Crystal Palace is great, but there's nothing like breakfast at CRT.

Is that the earliest time you can get breakfast at CRT? I'm debating doing that in addition to Akershus for lunch (not in the same day). I like the idea of walking into the MK before it opens for photo ops. Was it difficult getting a reservation for CRT at that time?
