CRT - Charging your CC Question

I know that the breakfast buffet at CRT is $19.99 for Adults and $9.99 for children under 11. How much per each do they charge your card when making the PS?

Is that deducted from the full cost of the meal or is it like the Fantasmic package where nothing is charged at all...it's just there as a hold in case you don't show?

When we went in Dec., they charged $10. per person on my cc when I made the PS. They're SUPPOSED to deduct it from your bill at the end of the meal, but they didn't for us. We had to call customer service when we got home to get our credit. Remind them when you're getting your bill.
