CRT character lunch

I have seen this posted several times on this board does anyone have any info on it

It hasn't started yet, I think the first day is June 10? We'll be doing it on June 21st.

Do you know what character will be there?? I sure hope it not as hard to get into as the breakfast is

I'm pretty sure the characters are the same as the breakfast, but it's hard to say since it hasn't started yet. I imagine as word gets out it will eventually be as hard to get into as the breakfast. I still made my PS 90 days in advance back in March.

Cinderella's Royal Table Character Dine -- Beginning June 10, a new Character Lunch will debut at the Magic Kingdom! All your favorite princesses from breakfast will now be at the midday meal! The character lunch will feature family-style salad and dessert and the choice of five adult entrees or children's meals along with a nonalcoholic, non-specialty beverage. Lunch will be $23.99 for adults (12 and older) and $12.99 for children 3-11. A deposit of $10 per adult and $5 per child will be required (as is currently the case with breakfast).

Wasn't there a rumor going around earlier that the lunch was Cinderella, Prince Charming, Fairy Godmother and the mice, or am I totally imagining that?? ( I know that's how 1900 Park Fare dinner is, but I could have sworn people were saying the CRT lunch was going to be those characters too. )

I hate when they require a deposit, it's not like they will are going to lose any money if you don't show up, like there won't be people standing by wanting your place

Me, my mom, my sister and my 7 YO niece will be there 3 weeks from today (woohoo!!) to try out the CRT lunch. None of us are "morning" people (must be a genetic thing!!), so lunch is perfect for us. When I made the PS I was told that it would be the same characters as the breakfast.

Here's a little info on the CRT lunch from Deb Wills site http://allearsnet.com/din/restnews.htm . CRT lunch is mentioned under March 2005 updates.

I think word has already got out... I tried to make a PS for lunch for 6/14-6/21 and nothing is available... but I'm going to keep trying.. I did wait too long though and just tried calling for the first time last week.

Do you think I have to get up at 5:30 am and try to get a lunch ressie like people do for breakfast. Or can I get up at 7am and call while I get BF for my kids???

Just made a PS for this lunch for August 15. Obviously, it is easier to get than CRT breakfast.
