We have a Make a Wish family that is going on a trip with very little notice...
CRT is booked, of course, but something the family really wants to do.
What is the cancellation policy? I know it is pre-paid. But what is the time period that I should start calling hourly to try to get it? Is it 7 days out? Or something different?
Does that make sense?
I am calling every day now and also trying online...but I am wondering what the magic day is that people may start canceling?
