CRT- can my 12-yr. old order off the kids menu?

My relentlessly picky eater wouldn't dream of eating anything off the adult menu at CRT at lunch. Since it is not a buffet, can I order him a kids meal and pay cash for it. We are on DDP and I was thinking of using the 2 credits for my meal and paying cash for his. Can I do this?
Also, does anyone have any suggestions of where to try and get a ressie with only 2 weeks to go? He would want to eat somewhere in one of the parks and we already have them at Crystal Palace, Tusker House, Garden Grill, and 50's PTC.

If you are paying for an adult meal and want to order from the kids menu, I dont see why they wouldn't do it. I mean, they come out ahead and you're not taking anything from them.
