CRT breakfast with a picky eater

We have breakfast ADRs for CRT. My dad is a very picky eater. He doesn't eat eggs. Everything for breakfast has eggs, except the stuffed french toast-but he doesn't like cream cheese. Will they allow him to substitute something for the eggs? Has anyone had experience in this?

Traditional Breakfast - scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, and rosemary-lemon roasted potatoes

Ask for this without the eggs.

From the kids menu -

Scrambled eggs, French toast sticks, and a choice of sausage - ask to substitute the French toast sticks for the eggs from above. Or, double up on sausage or bacon or ask for anything else on the menu.

He'll be fine.
