We were lucky enough to get a ressie for CRT breakfast and planned on staying at Magic Kingdom for the day.

I would love for my daughter to wear a princess costume but I know she is not going to want to wear it all day in 90 degree heat. I don't want to lug it around all day either.

For those of you that have done CRT and then the day at the park what have you done?

Are all the girls dressed in costumes? I am thinking maybe I will get her a normal sundress or outfit with the princesses on it.

Thanks for your help!

We are doing breakfast with Minnie at DL in June. DD is dressing up...as Minnie of course. I plan on bringing a change of clothes for her and just renting a locker for the day. That way we can go and change after breakfast and leave the costume and whatever else in our locker.

My daughter went at 4 and 6 and then Akershus at 7 and has never worn a costume. Sometimes she has worn an regular princess shirt or outfit and has been perfectly happy. Last trip she even had a hair do from BBB. About half the girls wear costumes. Mine doesn't care if others do and she doesn't and I personally think it's easier to not wear it plus many of the ones she has are a bit too sheer for me to feel comfortable wearing it out in public anyway. If you think not wearing it will make her unhappy then I'd figure out a way to bring it and change otherwise I'd just go in a cute outfit.

We just did CRT breakfast a few weeks ago. DD wore her Cinderella gown over her shorts and t shirt. When breakfast was over, she took off the dress so she would be comfortable walking and riding rides. I was going to rent a locker, but I ended up just putting the dress in the basket of our stroller.

Absolutely wear her dress.

We also have ADR's for our trip in June and DD(3) can't decide to wear Cinderella or Belle ,,, Decisions, Decisions

When we took my 3YO niece there she dressed up too in her cindy dress. We had a day bag for her and put the dress in there when we were done. If you don't plan on having a day bag, I would put the dress in a locker.

It is pretty cool to get a pic of your DD in her cindy dress with Cindy:thumbsup2

We also just had our DDs wear shorts and a shirt under the dress. When dinner was done they took them off and we put them in a plastic (Disney) bag that we got from souvenirs and just put that bag in our stroller. No locker.

Worked perfectly, although you could see the shirt under their dresses a little, they didn't care; if you do, just have them change right afterward in the restroom.
