CRT breakfast pre-payment

How do they figure the deposit for the breakfast? I was just looking at my credit card statement for the ADR I made back on 1/4 for 6/21. They charged me $76.42, 2 people (myself and 12 year old niece). If it's $31.99 x 6.5% tax, I figure $68.14. The difference isn't enough for a tip. Anyone know?

They add on gratuity as well.

I thought of that, but it would only be about a 13% tip ($4.14 each).

Glad I saw this topic....I did not realize that they charge your credit card in full when you make the ADR. We have one for dinner in Sept, and sure enough, I went back and looked more closely at last month's statement and there is the charge for $94 and change. Just glad I realized it now. I wonder why CRT does this (I must have missed that thread), but not Brown Derby where we have the Fantasmic Package.

We pre-paid for the lunch in advance. We went April 2006. Our picture with CIndy came out really nice. The food was very good and we had also ordered the CInderella slipper for dessert as a surprise for the kids!
