CRT...booking error. WTH

What are the chances when I call they book this. I went through the whole process, clicked "reverse" and get this error.

It's DD's first trip to the World and at the princess age of four her life revolves around Disney princesses. I tried to get this ressie since our 180 day mark ... finally got it. So she is super excited.

Probably needed to click reserve instead of reverse.

I did click reserve. Several times infact.
