I have an ADR for CRT for 10:20am. To me this seems like a bad time--not enough time to do much between the park opening at 9 and our ADR. I haven't tried to change it--but I'm assuming the earlier ones are booked. Maybe we could use it as more of a "brunch" and then skip lunch? (we have an ADR for Concourse SH at 6pm for dinner.) What do you think????
I'm not too happy about spending 2 TS's on CRT anyway (especially for a breakfast where I know my DD6 and DS4 will pick a bowl of cold cereal and be done)--but DD6's first visit to WDW probably deserves the magical experience!? thanks for any input/advice!

Well, the parks usually open about an hour before the stated time....like if you are there at 8:30, they will definitely be letting people in. I don't think CRT is worth 2 TS credits--I'd be just as happy to pay one credit and skip the photo, but....that's no longer an option. If you are going to run short on TS, I'd definitely look at what this one costs OOP. You might do better that way.

So...if you decide to do it at 10:20, you can have time to get in and "play" in Fantasyland before your brunch. That part doesn't worry me. In fact, we usually find that the characters are more interactive if you go really early or really late when the restaurant is less full. Just be at the park about 30 minutes before it officially opens.

Have you looked at which parks will have Extra Magic Hours on which dates? The park may open earlier than you think.

My sister's family always does a big late breakfast and a dinner. For this reason, the dining plan doesn't work well for them.

I guess the real question is whether you want to spend 2 TS credits for the breakfast. Did you consider the Princess Lunch in Epcot?? Cindy's dinner at 1900 Park Fare? Really, the only thing the castle has is the atmosphere.

I keep going back and forth on whether to keep CRT or not. We have an ADR for 1900 Park Fare for the night before (our first night at WDW) so I just don't know if this is enough of Cindy for my DD6. I don't her to "miss out" on the castle but all of the reviews I'm reading are so negative! I'd be quite happy to save the 8 TS's (for 4 of us)!
