CRT and concierge

We are staying at Poly concierge October 1 to 8. I just got off the phone with the concierge office. They stated that if you put in a request for CRT that it will be ready in the morning. The concierge people get in at 6:30am and begin actually making the reservations the minute it turns 7am. She stated that we had a MUCH better chance getting a table with the time we want going through concierge than calling on our own.

Does anyone have any experience with this? She recommended that we dont even try calling in the morning to get the reservation because they will get it for us before we can. Am I truly safe letting concierge do this? Should I not even try to call and cancel should they get a better reservation?

Need help, our morning is tomorrow !!

I wouldnt worry about. With Cindys new booking requirements its not as hard to get as it once was. I called yesterday for our trip in septe and the booking has been open for a month already and I got an 8:15 on the day I wanted and everything. I would leave it to them.
