CRT ADR through Concierge??

Has anyone had concierge make their CRT reservations? Did they have luck making them?

We are staying on the WL concierge level for the first time the week after Thanksgiving. We were told they would contact us ahead of time to get our ADR info. Dd wants to have a CRT meal on her birthday. Should I let them make the reservation, or should I just do it myself? We were able to get a meal there on our last trip, but of course, it wasn't the easiest ADR to make ;)

Anyone had experience with this in the past?

We did in 05, they booked all our ADR's and we got EVERYTHING we wanted at exactly the times we wanted. They were wonderful about everything and helped with everything I asked for. They booked CRT with no issues
 
Yes, the concierge folks have always been able to get CRT for us for breakfast......
 

Thanks so much for the replies! I will definitely hand this over to concierge...then I won't have to worry about it, since it was a huge hassle last time! If it happens, great. If not, it's not the end of the world ;)

For those who have used the concierge...how far in advance did they contact you? Did they send you the confirmation numbers before you arrived so you know the ADRs have been made?

I am kind of a planning freak and this handing over of control is very hard for me, buy I am starting to get used to the idea! :rotfl2:

so can you call the concierge at your hotel and have them do the ADR's now instead of waiting till my 90 day mark?

WOW, never thought of doing this, can they make the dining ADR's now, I was wondering how a certain place can be "booked" before one's 90 +10 day mark's??

I would think you have to be staying at the concierge level to get this perk.

Yes, this is only for confirmed guests staying CL (Club Level).

Usually, once you're booked, the IPO (Itinerary Planning Office) contacts you directly.

During the holidays is the BEST time to take advantage of staying CL!!

There's a Concierge Thread floating around here. If you find it, it lists the email address for the WL IPO. Send them an email. Make sure to have your confirmation number in the Subject line.

Introduce yourself and explain that you'd like to arrange your ADRs. They'll send you a form to complete. Asking room requests, etc...

Once they've gotten all your ADRs, they'll send you a complete itinerary. It's very detailed.
