CRT ADR question

Hi! My 180 days for dining is on Sunday. We are wanting to book CRT. I’ve searched in August and it’s showing days that MK closes at 6 or projected party dates, there’s no dinner for CRT. I know last year, you had to book under a special dining reservation to eat at MK during the party but we are wanting to eat around 4-5ish before the party starts. (Doing party on different day.) I was able to book it last year but are they releasing these reservations later now?

Are you using the App or Website? When I looked for CRT at 180+ on the App, it showed as no availability. I assumed it was completely booked up until someone mentioned that they saw times on the Website. Sure enough, I could see times on the Website even though the App was saying no availability.

I looked for ‘dinner’ and it only listed breakfast and lunch as an option. Then, when I looked at times, 2:30 was the latest I could find.

Just curious because Im planning a trip for August 2019. What Party happenings are at the MK in August? Please tell me its not MNSSHP !!!!!

IT IS!!!! Projected party dates are starting last 2 weeks of August I believe.

August 17 and I think every Tuesday/Friday after that are 6 PM closing, so it has been rumored its for MNSSHP.

The calendar currently only goes through the 26th.

I wanted to update everyone. I talked to a Disney cast member and she said they would not be offering dinner at CRT on party nights. I’m assuming, they will have the restaurant open for during the party but not before. I’m having to rearrange some things to make it work. Hopefully, it’s accurate.

I did BOG during a party night a few years ago. Wouldnt do it again. Felt like I missed a lot and we got out minutes before the Boo to You parade and could not get close to a decent viewing area. Basically missed it all for dinner. Next time we'll have a late lunch and if we're hungry later, we'll have snacks or some of the halloween candy!!!

The latest time I could book was 2:45. I guess it could be considered an early dinner? This is on a party night but not the night we are doing the party. On the night we’re doing the party, we’re doing the last seating at Chef Mickey’s brunch and then if we’re hungry, we can eat all the special snacks. Anyways, I booked CRT latest lunch time just in case they didn’t open later reservations cause I know we really want to eat there.

had same issue booking skippers canteen. have no interest in the halloween party in August so what time will we get kicked out etc? how do they kick you out?

From what I’ve read they’ll start having guests exit based on not having the party bands. Party begins at 7pm (think the park closes at 6pm to non party goers)

We have the exact same plan! We’re doing the party on a Thursday, but it’s my daughters birthday on Sunday and she wants to eat at CRT. I hope it works out for both of us! My dining day is tomorrow.

YES! That’s what we have done every time. Just tell your waiter when you sit down that you’d like to pay OOP instead of dining plan!
