CRT ADR on website but not on MDE app

I've noticed when trying to book CRT for a party of 8 online, I often see availability on the website, but when I look in the MDE app, the "Reserve Dining" choice doesn't even pop up, only "Call for Reservations". I double checked other restaurants, and they gave you ADR options in both formats.

Is this unique to CRT? As anyone else noticed this?

You have to call for CRT reservations. They cannot be booked online.

I believe it is because you have to pay in full upfront for CRT instead of just a CC guarantee, and I don't think that can be done on the app.

Gotcha, we'll actually have dining plan credits loaded by the time we book, I wonder if that will make a difference?

No. CRT can never be booked via app. Nor can Hoop Dee Doo or Mickey's Backyard BBQ or Spirit of Aloha.

I booked twice online, as recently as May of this year (not on the app, the website on a laptop). Once I had to pay the full amount, but this most recent time I was able to indicate that I had the dining plan. It is inconsistent though. I have noticed sometimes even on the website it'll say you have to call.
