I agree, it's not as bad as it looks. If you purchased the photo package at a character breakfast it would cost you upwards of $30. The photos and the gratuity are included at CRT.

. . . I was thinking about going for breakfast until I saw it was $45 for adults and $30 for kids . . .
Respectfully asking. You're kidding me right? A family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids will run you $150 bucks for breakfast. You think a few pictures is worth that? for eggs, pancakes and sausage?
Wow.
It's a once," to see the look on your daughters face" time event. This is probably the only event I really think Disney takes advantage of people with little girls.
......I didn't mean it was good value. I simply implied that it isn't quite as bad as it looks. CRT is definitely one of those meals where you pay for the experience and happen to get some food while you are there, if you know what I mean.
Would my DH and I visit CRT without kids?? No...we do it for the children. Guess it just depends on what one values at WDW and what ones willing to pay for a "Disney" experience. Once our children our much older, this won't be a place we visit.Respectfully asking. You're kidding me right? A family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids will run you $150 bucks for breakfast.
