CRS JR suite not under Discount?!?

is there a reason that if i try to book it without the room%off its there but with it its "unavailable""

Maybe the resort or room category isn't included in the discount.

Or maybe all of the allocated rooms have already been booked.

The suites are usually not included in discounts. The villas are several of the deluxe resorts usually are included but not the suites.

Above is correct, it's rare to see a suite under a discount program.
