Crowne Plaza Hilton Head?

We have a reservation here for our first night. (We have an eleven hour drive and want to check into our 1 bedroom at HHI early rather than late.)

Any experiences or thoughts on this resort? We are paying much less for a "standard" room than the equivalent of one night at Disney's HHI.

Stayed there several years ago and thought it was quite nice...well-landscaped resort with the hotel tucked in the back with a lovely pool and good proximity to the beach.

I stay at the "beach" hotels instead of DVC. No complaints with this one.
