Crowds week after Easter?

What will the crowds be like the week after Easter weekend? Also the weather...will the kids be able to swim? The parks calendar says MK is open at 8am...guess they are predicting crowds?

Weather should be really nice. And I would say looking at park hours that they are expecting quite a crowd.

The parks will be jam-packed the entire week following Easter Sunday.

Count us in. Crowds or not I plan on going and having a great time! Can't wait until we can go!!

We go to WDW the last week of March every year, which this year turns out to include Easter and the week following. The weather is usually lovely - not too hot, but warm enough to swim in the heated resort pools. If we're going to be at the parks late, we'll usually take sweatshirts or jackets. It's always crowded at that time, and exceptionally so when Easter falls in that time period. But if you plan right you can deal with the crowds, and the parks are open for lots of hours, with extra showings of Fantasmic and Spectro on many nights. I'd prefer to go at a less crowded time, but this is when we have Spring Break, and it is definitely manageable.

I'm sure it will be VERY crowded...

We've been several times at Easter and have always had a great time. It's when our spring break falls so we don't have much other choice except for Christmas break (even more crowded) and summer (!!!HOT!!!).

We are going again this year the week after Easter. We always get up early, take advantage of EMH, and use fastpasses judiciously. This gets the big stuff out of the way early and then we can spend time doing the less crowded shows and activities.

We eat at off-peak times alot - lunch at 10:30, supper at 4pm, etc... then the restaurants arent as much of a madhouse. And alot of times we will go back to the resort during the middle of the day to swim in the pool when the parks are too crazy.

We love going at Easter...

Last year we were there that week.(Easter was in April though - so our weather was warm enough to swim I am not positive about March but probably good)
Perfect walk around weather in the parks. We loved it. It was crowded but nothing like July 4th-or at least it didn't seem like it because the weather was so nice. People weren't all hot and bothered.

Everyone we met at the parks told us the week prior is more crowded than week after? we always get week after off.

Whatever it is have fun and roll with it. Do the EMH and take mid day breaks. USE FASTPASS!!(I can't believe that not everyone uses this? )
