Crowds this weekend? Need quick help!

So we are thinking of taking the kids down this weekend for a last minute trip. We would be in the parks (including Wet-n-Wild)Friday, Sat, & Sun. I know it will be VERY busy but can anyone tell me about wait times? Are we looking at 60 min or longer waits for everything? We are not staying on property so no express passes for us. Yep, after about 12 its super busy. We are here now. We arrived Saturday and leaving this Sunday.
