Crowds this week?

I made it to our Surprise trip!! I know the crowds were really big last week just being after Easter! Any thoughts about this week.... Not that it much matters! I am thrilled to be going on a trip that just sort of fell in my lap!!!

We just returned from POFQ last night. It was a crowded week, but the crowds seem to lessen on Friday, April 1 and most folks I talked to were leaving to go home on Saturday. The CMs also acted like it would slow down this week. Despite the crowds, we had a wonderful time. It REALLY paid off to get to the parks early. We got so much done during the first couple of hours. I think the biggest unexpected negative of the large crowds was that many of the CMs seemed tired and grouchy.

We were there on Saturday and it wasn't too bad. Well, MK was very crowded but I've seen it worse. Epcot was moderately busy, we weren't able to get on Test Track, but we didn't plan really well either. Overall, I was expecting it to be much more crowded at both parks. I overheard someone saying that they could tell that the spring break crowd had mostly cleared out. If nothing else, you're going to have terrific weather!

They have recently extended the hours and added Spectro parades for the last two weeks of April...so I'm not sure if there is going to be much of a break in the crowd levels!

We too just returned and i echo your thoughts! The crowds were big but seemed to lessen each day after Easter.

And we did EVERYTHING, regardless of crowds, and i mean everything. And many things several times! (like Rockin Roller coaster and Splash Mountain, our faves)

The key is plan plan plan, use fastpass and arrive EARLY. We did more than i thought possible -- all before lunch!

We had the best time and i'm sooo sad to be home again!

I don't think it will be as bad as the last two weeks. At least I hope not we leave on Wed. the 6th. Can't wait to see my buddy, Mickey.
