Just wondering if anyone is at the world now, and can post on the crowds? We are headed there tomorrow!! Wondering what the crowd situation is like. TIA!

We have been here since Saturday. The parks are crowded but we still did a lot. One of our biggest disappointments was late night at the MK. So crowded and I don't think anyone left. I never once saw a CM turn anyone away. Our bands did not work and the CM just asked where we were staying. Anyone could get in that way. The entire late night the mine train ride was over an hour wait so there went our plan to get a quicker ride. And so many babies and small children out to two in the morning. We used to love late nights but even my daughters said they felt ripped off and would rather have slept.

Tons of tour groups but they were pretty well behaved. I did get knocked over into a wall by a group running to Tower of Terror. The thing is those groups are huge. Some are touring in groups of what looked like to be way over 100 people strong. At Epcot the tour groups got there early, FP Soarin and then all went to single rider line at Test Track. So don't try that strategy. When we approached Test Track at 11:00 am there were around 300 tour group members lined up outside of where the Single Rider line started. We left and came back that night.

Parks that tier their FP just don't work with tour groups. You will have extremely long lines for anything without a FP. The tour groups all use the single rider and just move between the two or three major rides.

Good assessment from asta there on the crowds and the tour groups that are here right now.

We were at EPCOT on Saturday and they were everywhere. The park itself did not seem that busy in the morning/early afternoon though it really picked up later. The Studios on Sunday was not as busy until it got closer to the fireworks show.

It's hit or miss with the tour groups unfortunately. You can be in a park and not see one of them. Or, you can be in a park where seemingly all of them are that day.

I don't agree with huge tour groups stacking into single rider lines, but what can you do? Not sure they (Disney) should allow that, though I am not sure how to control it either.
